Hannah was living along quite nicely, plodding along with Queen Mabh and her family, smiling, laughing and living, but her father sensed something wasn't the same. Roy sensed it was Darren, but he knew that if he asked Hannah would never tell him. Instead, on her fifteenth birthday when Hannah opened a mysteriously huge box, out popped the puppy Nanook. She adored him instantly, and he took to her as well. They were nearly inseperable, and still are to this day. Nanook is a vicious protector and forgiving friend, and Hannah has always been thankful of his presence in her life.

Personality:

Nanook is a protector by nature, but the best dog friend a girl could have. He accompanies Hannah almost everywhere she goes, and it's almost more odd to not see her with the faithful husky trotting along at her side. Nanook accompanies her on her rides and when she practices he frolics around outside or just sits in the grandstands to catch a nap. Around strangers he's very tense, but when its just Hannah and the family he acts like a newborn puppy.
